Energy audits

An energy audit is a great way to get a baseline of your home’s energy efficiency. During an energy audit, PlanEnergy collects the data necessary to be able to offer you specific ways that your home can be improved with respect to comfort and energy conservation. PlanEnergy will use the data from your home to generate a report that contains an analysis of your home’s energy efficiency and details steps you can take to make your home more comfortable. Recommendations made by us will be in terms of cost-effectiveness which helps you make informed decisions on how to improve your home.

Energy ratings

An energy rating is a more rigorous and in-depth study of your home’s energy efficiency, and culminates in an energy rating score. An energy rating can be performed on existing homes and is commonly used on new (yet to be built) homes for EnergyStar™ compliance.
